I don't write most of the code by hand. I direct AI coding agents and act as the decision-maker — architecture, what gets built, what gets cut. It's why I can build a native iOS app and a working assistant in the same summer as a full course load. The bottleneck is judgment, not typing speed.
Nobody in my family builds software or runs companies. I started in seventh grade doing ecommerce and content marketing. I ran marketing for a clothing brand that hit $10K in a week, then taught myself the rest from there. I detailed cars to fund it.
I'm betting on assistants that learn a specific person rather than getting configured by them. Nibbo is that bet. Everything before it was me learning to ship.
